Suns of Liberty Mint

These guys were at Porcfest 2014 with a booth. They sold ounce and quarter ounce square silver pieces. They sold and redeemed the smaller ones at the end of the event for $6, which was above spot price. They explained to me at some point why they would do this with a zero spread, but I forgot why.
