Arcadia is a vision for a new regional and cultural identity, in the same sense as New England. Arcadia is similarly not bound by the borders of states, rather a culture of freedom. It aims to break New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont from the New England identity, along with a few provinces, including Prince Edward Island, home of the Free Province Project. At least that's the idea.
